They both referred to their direct supervisor, a Vice President, as Mr. Lastname.
This in return made it so the VP had to refer back with Dr. Lastname to them.

No. Some make more & have enough custom order business that renovations, cleaning & blocking, sweatband replacements, etc. take away from their main cash flow.
It is my understanding that felt bodies were aged considerably before finishing as to let the body "felt" more then get pounced & shaped...read that Stetson let some bodies age up to a year also. Lots of cash tied up in that process for sure...
Shudde Bros would be renovating 7X CB hats with new 7X CB sweats & liners. They would not risk their reputation in Texas otherwise. Only thing you are losing is dating information because sweat & liner would be from a newer batch than what they are replacing.
