Sounds like a store brand & looks good with the new crease. Nice work TJ. I've re-creased & trimmed some vintage Resistols to give a more "outback" look to them. The western weight makes for a good foul-weather lid for sure. I have plenty of wide-brimmed/cattleman creased westerns. -

Military Surplus fashion in the 1940s and 1950s
I still have my Army Surplus field jacket in the cedar closet. Wear it from time to time at hunt camp. All thru Junior High/High School/College, we'd shop Old Sarge Army-Navy Surplus for Vietnam era jackets & cargo pants (BDU's). Sometimes put patches on them... You need a hat stretcher or band block to use for letting your sweatband dry after use properly. I wear leather sweatbands in the GA humid & hot summers & never had to send one off for such a service.... -

US Wings has a few models at $195 = http://www.uswings.com/195.asp Their Indy jacket has the pockets but doesn't have the knit cuffs & waistband. JCPenney has that St John's Bay Bomber on clearance for $80. Why not buy another = 1 for work & 1 for play?- gtdean48
