Iron the brim. Steam iron with a thin handkerchief between iron & felt. You can spray brim with distilled water beforehand too.
Usually works out any brim issues I have run into except the torn brim kind....HTH
Welcome to the Lounge.
I used to ride public transit into Metro Atlanta for work.
I'd get a lot of looks & more than the occasional "Marlboro Man" comments, when not even wearing my western brims....
I don't wear hats except for me. Now, after dealing with Basil Cell & Melanoma skin...
Caught an episode of this show the other nice.
Noticed quite a number of Cafe Racer type jackets for the detectives.
Thought it was interesting how they were wearing these in the Chicago winter...looked cool but not that warm! :eusa_doh:

The Imperial Silverbelly is a good start, where I started. I then got the Mid-Brown, the Glen Grey, the Bluegrass Green,.... It is a slippery slope for sure!
I'm a dead on 24", 7 5/8 Long Oval & all my CDs are 61.
They feel big in open crown form out of the box, but after creasing & wearing, they fit my head like a custom.
I have 2 Heritage grade Deluxes, a Silverbelly because we at The Lounge got them to do the first run of Deluxes & the other...
