Thanks! I have a Barbour waxed-cotton jacket. It's one of the most steamy, sweaty jackets I have. I find I hardly ever wear it. My shirts are always wilted underneath.....
Any recommendation for a water-resistant cap that nevertheless breathes? I've seen some retail waxed cotton caps, such as by Stetson and Wigens. I could ask a bespoke maker to create one. What fabric??
HBC3, I like the aggressive creasing. It looks like a work hat. I agree with Lt, it looks like a busy mid-century reporter.
Mingo, I like the low crown on that Borsa. In fact, it also reminds me of a reporter's hat while it was still newish.
Bowlerman, with all the OR clones and tributes...
David, that great photo and the lighting reminds me of getting up at zero-dark-thirty in the Army and doing push-ups in the parking lot!
I was in a vintage/noir mood today and left the house with my Dobbs. But I saw it was raining and went back for my Akubra, the acorn-colored one that I had...
Great hats today, and sometimes more than one per person!
Jeff, I like the shady pic with the Wormser. It conveys a cool, noirish mood.
Eric and others with Stratoliners - I've vowed that my next vintage purchase will be a Stratoliner!
GD, I like the diamond/teardrop crown!
Joao, some more...

I'll have another outing later on in something else!

Good looking. I agree with you about more brim. And I like it to one side too!
I'm waiting for more from Simonds, as well as my first caps from Damian and Johnny! I broke down and bought a cashmere and silk Stetson newsboy yesterday. I'll try to snap a photo tomorrow!
I usually process my daily hat photos onboard the iPhone, using PS Touch or PS Express. I'm on the subway at the time. If at home, I use Photoshop.
Today I learned something useful about the Tapatalk sideways issue I've been having. It seems to be an iPhone issue. The iPhone thinks all...
Alan, the Barbisio Titan Perugia - not only does it look like a luscious felt, but the photo has the lighting and subtlety to display it. Is that an iPhone 6 photo? If so, then maybe we ought to have an "iPhone hat photo tips" thread!

Great hats these last few days! I had a medical procedure the last few days (all good), so I wasn't out and about too much. Yesterday on the way home I snapped my new Simonds, which I'm having fun breaking in.
(If these are sideways I'll fix them at work).
And today the Biltmore...
