omg, i've lost 8 pounds lately without really trying!!!
2 things that contributed:
1. eating a bit heathier
2. riding my bike all the time for transportation
i'm hoping it doesn't end there - i feel great and i took 2 pairs of pants out of my "too small pants" box!!!
just wanted to...
i have these two poinsettia-shape candles, and they immediately transport me back to christmases spent at my grandma's as a child. i can't put my finger on the smell exactly, but that's what her whole house smelled like at christmas. i'm so glad i got those candles after she died. i'll never...
my dad has been in a relationship with the same woman for about 7 years now. they go out to eat, hang out, go on vacations together... but they don't live together. they have completely different, settled lives, and this way they don't get on each other's nerves and can still enjoy each other's...
i am here squealing over your bike! what a great job you did, and i'm impressed with how fast you got to it. i think a lot of people would have left it sitting in their garage saying, "i really should do something with that bike" for 3 years.

lol haha, this sounds like me! sooo many of my friends are baffled by the WWII-era obsession. i don't know how many times i've explained, well, you see, it's the aesthetics i adore!
i collect all kinds of stuff. mid-century-modern furniture; vintage shoes (esp wedgies) whether they fit me...
decodoll,
my belt actually has a buckle - the plastic kind that you just thread the belt through. i bet you could find one pretty easily and sew it on if you wanted. or just tie it!
decodoll, what great finds!
i have that same hanky in green instead of pink! and i'm really looking forward to seeing your work jumper! i have a navy blue one with a trapdoor butt that's held up by a self-fabric belt. does yours have this as well? (and mine was deadstock too - till i broke it...
