just to throw my 2 cents in....
i love all colours really except black. i rarely wear black. even at the office i think it's too officey!
i love brown and cream as a colour combo, unfortunately i am the type that can't wear light colours and not spill
i really wish i could...
thank yooooooou!
i am going to set my hair tonight, i have always gone light with product as it is the only thing that makes my hair greasy, and i am lazy and love not having to wash my hair more than once a week lol :D
i'm just doing up my bedroom, and being the only girl in a household of 4 boys, i am making it an oasis of femininity!
unfortunately, i don't have the money or the space to furnish it vintagely (is that a word??!?) so i have succombed to Ikea with some inspiration! i have moved our old...
i love both. i think the high neck looks really great with the jeans, and the low v at the back adds interest.
think i'm going to have to purchase that pattern for the trousers!
i have been googling saddle shoes because i REALLY want a pair, but hesitate to buy them off the internet (esp as the ones i want are not cheap) and i'm almost positive i saw a pair similar to these.
i'm going to have to re-google now to try and find them!
oh yes - i found loads of saddle...
Fleur & Smuterella i am so glad to hear that! i have asked for a pair for my birthday and will be sooooo disappointed if i don't get them!
i will have to order them myself if that happens lol
just to add my 2 cents....
i used to start school at 8.35am, and would leave at about 8.15 (walking) to get there. i'd finish at 3.30 ish, and then most nights would be out for ballet lessons etc.
i swear if i had had to start school any earlier i would never have been able to concentrate...
nice pics, RainEday.
can you explain to me what 'pins are laced evenly' means in the first instruction? i can kinda see what's going on, but have no idea how to achieve it, and i have a feeling it is just what i need to make a really nice smooth wet set!
very nice retromama!
i was in a pig of a mood yesterday so went to MAC to cheer myself up - ended up with another red lippie, Viva Glam 1. very disappointed they seem to be phasing out Dubonnet as this is the specific one i wanted to try.
sadly, i have bought this for myself as a birthday...
oh my, we must be long-lost sisters Fleur, I am *exactly* the same!
i try, oh so hard to keep things spic and span and tidy, but sadly, i never am able to keep quite on top of things. i live 200 miles away from family so they invariably come and stay for up to a week - my mother is a...
i'm in a settled relationship, and although i did feel like that - and admittedly a lot more often in the beginning - now i only get bothered if he is right up in my face.
a shove normally sorts him out though!
sorry you're feeling like this Rita! there is nothing i can say that hasn't already been said, so i'll just say hope you feel better soon. i think we all have low moments, don't let yourself feel you are alone and that people are judging you because of how you look.
^^ that dude above looks really weird. i agree, Chris Noth has great brows!
i am always getting complimented on my brows. i tweeze, and every so often i get them waxed as i can never seem to get all the little blonde ones and the corners! i was using Benefit Browzings (which i loved) but my...
I love my curls as well! i just find my hair is easier to manage when it is blowdried first - it takes such a long time to dry when wet set, i don't have time to do it before 6pm so it is dry by 7am for work. i literally can't remember the last time i had straight hair - i do remember it looked...
what a shame Drappa! it's so disappointing when that happens. have you got time to return it for an alternative size?
i'm glad this post was bumped, i didn't realise people had posted pics of things made by Top Runway. i am impressed, it is my birthday in October i think i will drop some hints!
there are a lot of tall girls around!
i am not one though, only 5ft 4.5 (which is important ;) )
i've always wished that i was either tall or short enough to stand out, i am distinctly average in all ways.
oh no i'm not, my swelling waistline is NOT average but sadly that's not quite...
i enjoyed it. i have read some of the books, but i guess i don't love them enough to really hate a modern adaptation.
i loved the casting (missed the last bits with Moriarty so can't comment on that) but i was a little disappointed with the story lines. maybe it was just me?
