Funny the timing here. I was just poking around thier current website while browsing for something else. Seems they are down to only a few models of jackets (leather) on current offer. They are a shadow of thier former selves it appears. https://www.brooksleather.com/
Perhaps it's worth reaching out (usually by phone is best) to Langlitz directly to see if they have something in stock? They are an in-person priority operation, however given your location, it may be worth a direct call to them...
Good question. So full disclosure is yes - in times past.
My first "quality" pair of boots was back in 1987 - just after I could start driving. I wanted a pair of Red Wing pull-on boots, so I drove myself to the Red Wing store in Champaign, IL and purchased what are now the most basic Pecos...

Cannot be too old as thier website is on the tag. Barely any wear showing:
That's good. Be sure to ready through some of my fit and more specifically the "walk" feel of the Wesco's. I wound up retuning them, and selling the Lofgren's too. I no longer have any Engineer boots. Just found they are a difficult fit and even fitting well, the walk was tricky.

Fifty150 - not knowing your history, it was really hard to tell what your preferances were when you started this thread. Perhaps stating that you have personal experance - and Thank You for that service by the way - might have helped with Context here.

Sometimes you roll the dice and it just does not work out...
Ragstock/Dainese "vintage" Motorcycle jacket - crease & wrinkle special. At least it can be returned, which it is already boxed back up and goes out this evening.
52 EU/42 US and appears to have shrunk slightly as well:
So...
Interesting. One jacket - the Chicago Police style.
I have bought & sold a couple CHP style jackets - for 10% of that price. Interesting that they are making these, but I wonder how much market there really is for them? @ton312 - how often do you see Chicago Police jackets living in that...
