    Thanks for info. I forgot about that LW coat and after seeing the belt on a single breasted style, I agree it looks better without. However, I really enjoy the belted look on my double breasted barnstormer.

    Seem like a pretty simple mod but I haven't see any on the lounge. Basically adding a removable full-belt (barnstormer style) to a single breasted coat like the Stockman/Cheyenne. Any opinions on this, good or bad?

    Agreed with owning both hides as I do. Also interesting how much the hide can change the look / feel of the same jacket. To me a barnstormer in Brown FQHH will age / distress to become more casual/country looking jacket vs the Black FQHH which will give off a more military / aggressive look...

    Awesome. Thanks. Anyone own one of these in CXL Steer? I'm guessing the steer would drape a bit better on a long jacket? My steer halfbelts seem much less "stiff" even in the cold. Whereas the Horse hide needs to be warmed up by body heat / weather, otherwise its bit rigid

    Thank you sir. Unfortunately confirms my theory, that I'm truly in between Aero sizes in all their styles! :( Size 40 a bit snug, but 42 too big. Why can't they make a 41 ha. Guess it's stick with a 42 and then a date with some hot water / clothes dryer
