Turkey & noodles, cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole, broccoli.

Made turkey stock today with half of the bones (other half in freezer for more stock) & packaged up 3 more meals of turkey for meals in a few weeks. I'm turkeyed out!

I knew that was a restaurant as they have those here in Michigan, well they have had them here...lol! Very nice place to eat, great hamburgers too!

It has potatoes in it, and coconut milk, so it gets pretty thick like a good chowder, but the garlic, ginger, and jalapeños give it a little more kick. Just the ticket on a cool evening.
