Hi there!
Thanks for the welcome! Long story short, lost my old job and my old computer last fall (luckily I had backed up my data this time). But now I've got a new job and a new computer so here I am!
Best,

I'd be quoting all day if I gave individual kudos so I'll just give a general but heartfelt "great work ladies!" This thread has inspired me to make that tweed skirt I've been thinking about lately.
'Bout the only pampering thing I've splurged on recently is my big bottle of Coco Mademoiselle perfume that I got over a year ago. It was expensive but the bottle is so pretty and I haven't even used half of it yet so I think it was a good buy.
There's a Thomas Pink shirt I've got my eye...
I was just going to mention this one! Great minds Mike! One of my favorite lines in a movie full of wonderful lines concerns Christmas:
Nora: I'II give you your Christmas present now,if you'II give me mine.

Yes, I'd love to see the silent version, I've read so much about it. Even better to see it on the big screen, but I fear that not likely to happen soon.

I wore one of my vintage suits to a job interview at a design firm a couple months ago. It...
Oh Marty! What marvelous displays! I'm especially in love with the suit that has the fly in the lapel--that's gorgeous fabric. I really do have to get to Minnesota to visit relatives this year--is it awful that I'm more excited about visiting your store when I finally do get there?
I haven't logged into the Lounge for awhile so I've just heard of this terrible news. I was lucky enough to spend some time with her at the last Queen Mary event and a nicer person you'll never meet. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers Barbigirl.
That's so pretty Cassylynn, you'll have to tell us how it turns out!
I bought a couple patterns from Eva Dress, including one that was discontinued (I asked about it and she was kind enough to go rummaging for me). Great customer service and she couldn't be nicer.
