I recently purchased Rago 6109 and I love it. Very comfortable, no binding at the legs, strong enough to knock a couple inches of my measurements. Also, the stock photo shows this model as not having garters but mine do, which is an added plus.
I'm not sure but didn't I see you femme fataleing around with Sam Spade and Marlow?;)
I'm absolutely in love with this dress, it's on my shortlist to copy, and you look great in it! Shoes are fab too!
Since You Went Away. I've seen it many times but there's still portions of that film that make me choke up. Great cinematography and Joseph Cotten is dishy as all get out.
Once again I've been away from this thread too long to pick everyone out individually but collectively brava ladies! Such beautiful things!
I made a duct tape dummy Fluffy Tiger and it lasted for years--they're great.
Goldwyn Girl, is that fabric vintage? It's spectacular!
The weather is ever changable in Boston--82 and sunny in the morning, 70 and absolutely pouring rain in the late afternoon, then sunny againat the end of the day. It's 54 this morning. I've coped by taking an umbrella with me everywhere along with a trenchcoat and a sweater. Layers seem to...
I adore Franz Ferdinand--both their albums are great and they keep taunting their fans with the idea that another album is forthcoming--though I haven't heard a firm date yet.
Did you get to the Devotchka concert? I haven't had that much fun in a long, long time--really a great show.
You've got to rent Married Life LD, she's wonderful in it (as usual) and she has a great wardrobe to boot--there's a pair of pants she wears in one scene that I utterly covet. You'll know them when you see them.
Not my typical era and I knew this one would go for more than I was willing to pay but I watched it out of curiousity. Large size 1950's flocked and glittered dress with a few condition problems--belt not included ;). $1026.01
Annie Hall in a movie theater--gorgeous print that was so sharp you could pick out the white on white pattern on Annie's shirt.
I've seen this film over 20 times and it still makes me laugh, I still pick out something new every time.
