My father didn't care for rice or noodles so nearly every meal contained some variation on potatoes (I could do a Forest Gump listing of potato dishes). After I left home and joined the Air Force I don't remember eating any type of potato other than fries for 2-3 years if given a choice.- skydog757

Brim up or Brim Down
I think binding on the edge gives it a better look when up or any sort of finished edge for that matter. It just displays better than a raw edge IMHO. -

Zakefeller, I think "up" looks better on you. I agree that the cant of the brim depends on the function of the hat at the time (weather conditions, bright lights, etc). I think crown shape, brim size and pinch style all go into how "good" a hat looks brim up/down. As a general guide, I think... -

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?
