The problem with off the shelf hats as I see it... ...is that they have a widevariation in size. Let me try to explain...I'm a hard 22 12 inch head. According to some size charts I could be anything from a 7 to a 7 1/2. In a Stetson I usually wear a 7 1/8, but some 7s fit me well. Biltmore...- Biltmore Bob
