The Vintage Tailoring Thread
The 6x2 double breast with three patch pockets is very uncommon. The pocket has to be tucked up into the sleeve and it still looks crowded. -

I added a belt and action back, and pleated the pockets, but I'm going for a particular style. You should know that the pattern runs a little large, the chest measurement on the 38 was 43", which is quite a bit of ease but the pattern has extra ease under the armscye from the underarm dart not... -

My First Trouser Project
In this pattern the direction is to sew the fronts together from the inseam edge to the bottom of the fly before putting in the fly (which is a zip in the original) or anything else.
