This is the best Ice tray I have ever used. Just lift up on the lever, pull out the separator and dump the cubes. I was concerned about freezing my hand to the tray at first, but it has not been an issue.
I also have a Frigidaire Ice Ejector that uses a similar system, but don't use it for...
I use one for brisket and stew.
Stew:
Meat (Floured [flour, salt & pepper] and browned)
2 Potatoes
2 Carrots
2 beef bullion cubes (dissolved in 2 cups water)
Dump remaining flour mixture into crock pot
Celery (Optional)
Red Cooking wine (Optional)
Cook on high 1 to 2 hours, then...
Thank you for opening this to the non-drinkers. I didn't use a typewriter to write the draft, but I did use a fountain pen. Hopefully the entry is still valid. :)

I walked slowly down the dimly lit stairwell toward the sound of jazz and clanking glasses. As I reached the...
Morgenthal Frederics may make something similar, but if they do it is not going to be cheap. The closest on their website is Rex.

You may also want to try Wal-Mart's optical shop. They seemed to carry some vintage styled frames a couple of years ago.
Depending on what type of phone you have you may be able to steampunk the housing. Add a short calliope ring-tone if the whimsy would be acceptable and you have a strange combination that results in technology never was.
Looks good!
I tried my knee and the mirror and never had any luck. Now I just close my eyes and tie it and have great luck. It pretty much guarantees it will be a bit off kilter as well.lol
Smile at Me Baby-Unknown artist, but from Call of Cthulhu. It reminds me of something that would be in Rube's (Dead Like Me) record collection.
Ma (She's Making Eyes at Me)-Happy Harry and his "Two Beat" Six, and pretty much the whole Roaring 20s Album. I found it in a thrift shop and the...
Thanks for the update.
That is the style of luggage that inspired me to make my own, Swaine Adeney and Brigg specifically, and that site gives some hints at construction that the SAB site does not and has a lot more pictures.
In case anyone was interested in the Thirteenth Floor tie in, it was http://www.Activeworlds.com
You have to have a membership to get access to that world though and the version that came with the disk no longer works. I have contacted support to find out if the DVD owners can still get access...
The Sam Browne belt has a matching shoulder strap and some use two shoulder straps, so I don't think there is anything wrong with it if the weight on the belt would be defeating the purpose of a belt. I don't know about the illustration of Wayne with the braces, a belt and a "Gunslinger" belt...
Not Second Life, but there was an online environment set in 1937 Los Angeles as part of a tie-in to The Thirteenth Floor. By the time I visited it was all bots. If you have the DVD there should be a web link on it if the environment is still up. If no one has the DVD I will post the link when...
Thank you for the information. It sounds like it should be relatively simple.
Could you tell me how the hinges work? Are they external, covered with a leather patch or are they internal?
Is anyone familiar with vintage luggage construction, specifically suitcases?
Were they typically wood boxes covered in leather or canvas or wood frames creating a soft side with a central support structure or just sewn leather? Different photos seem to indicate all were options, but was...
