    A little teaser from Aero

I keep imagining it without the pockets and preferring it, but that could just be the shock of the new. SJ

+1. The collar's the winner. SJ

    Retro gym equipment?

These are good ideas. Specifically, I want to be able to do real sit-ups and lift weights on a beautiful antique (opr just antique-looking) bench press.

    A little teaser from Aero

Not many cool leather jackets around the Thatcher crew, Butte. Come to think of it, they could call it "The Butte".

    A little teaser from Aero

Holly, are you going to name one after your most devoted customer -- the person who's bought the most Aeros? I wonder who that would be. SJ

    Retro gym equipment?

Hello. I normally hang out in the Outerwear section but I have a question that I thought might be answered here. I am thinking of introducing a weight or bench press into my home to do sit-ups and the like on, but there's no way I want to contaminate my look with ugly modern gym equipment. Has...

    A little teaser from Aero

V tempting indeed. Now I don't know whether I should drop my Goodwear A-1 order, with its still-to-be-announced delivery date. SJ

An interesting development just announced !!!

Those colours do sound appealing, possibly more so than the Aero cordovan, for example, with its tendency towards purple. There don't appear to be links on the Alexander site to any of the leather colours. SJ

    Friends of Aero Leathers Group

"All I know is that if I'm not completely smitten by any jacket, it's going away." Good policy. SJ

So, do Friends of Aero get a group discount? Holly, are you going to go GroupOn? SJ

    Plain Teamster

Much obliged, Dav! It does look pretty trim. And the simplicity of it is great -- you don't miss the side buckles? It has to be one of the best Aeros I've seen here in a while. (Other than my A2!) You've inspired me but I can't decide between this and a Maxwell for a winter Aero (and I reckon...

    Plain Teamster

Dav, what about some more hot model shots from the side and with it buttoned up? I'm trying to gauge the kind of fit it is. SJ

Major, I don't follow. That's precisely what I was referring to. Obviously, I couldn't order through Insurrection unless I finally abandoned the UK as too cold and gloomy and moved back to the States. No, I like the way Insurrection style the jackets and so am seeking advice. I'm sure Aero...

Wow, Aero really is in demand. It'd be a bit desperate to order one from Britain through the US! Carrie, I'd obviously order a jacket through Scotland (it's a lot less distance from Galashiels to London than from Seattle) but I like your tailoring approach there -- trim fit, longer arms, longer...

    I want one. SJ

Thanks, HD. That's a nice one (like the lining). Yeah, I'm after a little more length than that. SJ

Very smart. Looks quite long. Jack, how tall are you, may I ask, and what size were you wearing? This looks as if it could really solve a dilemma for me (admittedly not on a par with the Israel/Palestine conflict, say, but still a tough 'un). That is, I want a trim-fitting button-up Aero...

Carrie, hope you don't mind all these questions but wondering what exactly you did to slim down the Long Halfbelt like that. SJ

Carrie, how tall is the model of the above jackets? SJ

Hm, not bad, although flaring out a little below the buckles. I'm thinking a trim-fitting Teamster, without the action back, might be what I'm after. Thurston doesn't stick the Teamster, I gather? SJ
