What about Gibson & Barnes? They make fine leather jackets, the satin flight jackets should be nice as well. Plus they do not have that agent-orange lining!

Another thing...G&B is one of the nicest jackets I have ever owned. I'm certain that you will like yours. I would call them to discuss size issues, even send them your measurements.
This question has pretty much been beat to death here...but here we go again! My G&B A-2, size 42R, is a near perfect fit for me in the shoulders, and perhaps just a tad more generous thru the waist. A size 40R also fits me fine. If you do a search, you can find my photos and actual jackets...
Yes, they do. Visited one on my last trip. It was a nice day so we walked all over the place, went thru the famous "Red Light" district, went on down to a local brewery, then had dinner at a very nice Italian restaurant.
The leather jacket, A-2 especially, is popular over there.
Can't help but notice on my frequent travels to Amsterdam the number of A-2's, G-1's and various other leather flight jackets being worn by the locals. Far more than I see here in Texas, or anywhere else in the USA. Is this a Dutch thing? Maybe a European thing for wearing American type WWII...
