Yes, I am sure it was just for the photo's as with MOST movies the hats are worn high to see the movies stars faces.....ever since photography began it has warped how people think hats are really worn....I still remember many a time, being told (sometimes asked) to push my hat back by a damn...
So very true.......initially the cash flow lead me to actually selling some things:eek::eek: (things I had bought to sell or trade eventually anyway:rolleyes::rolleyes:). I have far too much cra.....er....stuff. I have even been selling off some trade...
Yes, my business has been much effected too (initially down 90 percent we are back to about 50%).....
Here in Illinois the positive tests have gone through the roof BUT the hospitalizations and deaths have dropped just as dramatically at the same time.....it seems many who are now testing...

They did indeed have books on books (catalogs really) of famous library and individual collections as well as auction catalogs. Here is an example of one from my own collection from 1935 (I have others):
