Thanks! Like I said, though, I've got to replace the motor. I wonder if I get a cheap battery-powered wall clock at Goodwill I could replace the motor myself....?

I'm going to have to do some digging. I know I've run across the name Linde before.

I paid $3 for it. It's electric, but the cord has been severed. I'd like to eventually replace it with a battery-powered motor.

I was at a indoor yard sale yesterday at the home of a recently-passed away elderly woman. Nothing was set up on tables, you just walked around the house and bought whatever right from its spot and name your price. I pulled these off the wall for a couple of bucks. They're labeled 'Homco 1977'...

Normallly I wouldn't buy a vintage one like this, but it was in perfect condition and I liked it's name of 'Sugar and Spice.' This was a Goodwill purchase for 71 cents. [/IMG]

Darn, this vintage 1960s dinner jacket was just a little bit too small for me so I didn't buy it. [/IMG]

Very, very interesting find. I've found some ties with labels saying they were made by a small tailor in town. This might have been where they got their material from.
