    Wouldn't the varnishing or whatever kill whatever moth repellency cedar provides? And I think they'd have to be varnished to protect the wood from moisture and mold growth.

    This is good advice. Most of these short motorized bicycle rider jackets, when they were originally designed halfway through the last century, were intended/expected to be worn over high-rise pants, which were the norm of the day.

    I think I posted some of these photos before but I was not using the forum's image tool and they're now lost. Anyways, surprisingly for a fashion shoot, it looks like they've used a good quality jacket for these photos.
