I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the G&B MA-1s are made by Alpha. If you check out the pics on their website, you can see the little Alpha tab on the sleeve pocket.
I always carry a pocket knife. I was at a funeral and my father was speaking to someone out of earshot. He then turns to me and asks, "You have a knife, don't you?"
"Of course, Dad." He laughed and said, "Yeah, I was just saying that you would probably have one even here."
At work, I have...
"It puts the lotion on the skin!!"
You know, I never have seen this movie. But then again, I have never seen, "ET" either.
Last movie I saw was "Super 8" on Netflix.
A friend in my squadron was getting married. They had a card out and everyone was signing it. A mutual friend, instead of writing, "Best Wishes", etc, wrote: "Dude, I just got "Batman Begins" on blu-ray. It's fantastic! God bless Christopher Nolan!"
Last movie I saw in a theater? Who knows...
From "RocknRolla":

"It Never Snows in September" is a good one on the German view of "Market Garden".
I have a Civil A2 from G&B. I love it. Nice leather, good knits, and as you said, you get a lot of bang for your buck with it.
I'm currently USAF Aircrew and it's close to the one I was issued, but better leather (obviously) and my issue has a cotton tobacco brown lining.
If you can...
Hmmm....interesting subject.
It depends. I sometimes have a problem with someone wearing .mil gear if they are attempting to deceive, or just looking like a plain dirtbag. Some smelly hippie wearing BDUs, etc, and people might think, "Well, that's proof that the military recruits from the...
Reminds me of a line from, "Stripes" when Bill Murray is being issued his uniforms.
He says something like, "In New York they're paying top dollar for trash like this!"
And for those that are drooling over these pics and thinking that they'd snap this bad-boy up if it weren't an XL, be assured that if you normally wear a Large, this probably will fit fine. I wear an XL and this desert jacket seems a bit small. No wonder I never wore it!
