Has anyone had problems with PMs here?
I've sent out two about two weeks ago with no replies. The individuals that they are going to are regular members here and it shows they haven't been opened.
Just wondering what might be up. I mean, it's not like I sent, "Hey, does this flight jacket...
I decided that I probably have too many jackets at this time. Well, it was actually HH6 that pointed that out to me.
Anyways, I'm putting it up for sale. It's a Skyline MA-1 flight jacket. Sage green outside, international orange lining. Two outside pockets and two inside pockets.

We were issued the hoods for our jackets, but I think only two guys actually wore them.
The Life Support shop would sew the buttons on for anyone that wanted to use them. I think they were using standard AF buttons like that are on BDUs, etc.

My first summer flight jacket was a rag. Pockets all coming apart, no velcro, finally the zipper separated from the jacket. No tears, just the stitchign gave up the ghost.
The first jacket looks Navy. The Army never had double gold sleeve bands.
Some of the others look like the 1990s era dress greens and the others the 1940's version of the dress jacket.
Patton had the rep of being a fire breather that was a terror to those he commanded. Come to find out he probably sacked about two senior officers, and one was after he gave him two chances.
Bradley, the "Soldier's General", fired a butt load of officers if they didn't do the job.
