Ft. Worth Stock Show hats
I'm from those parts (35 mi north) and I've heard that crease called the Fort Worth too. I figured it was a hat crease named after a period of severe drought in Fort Worth and there was no water for hat steamers. Every time I see one I want to grab it and head for the nearest Jiffy steamer.- suitedcboy

It is futile to try to give meaning to the X rating system. I'm no too sure it has ever made sense except for one manufacturer for one season. Then you add the nomenclature where there is no X mentioned. I think any of these are upper grade hats for their day as the mention of price was status...- suitedcboy
