    You're wearing a Homburg so you MUST be a banker. But you're in jeans........I guess a casual banker. SWEET looking Adam Homburg. I'm so used to the grey ones and the occasional black one. The light brown is pretty neat.

    That is not what I would call a "vintage" hat. Bailey made and sold those into late 80's or maybe even the 90's. I regularly see Stetson St.Regis Homburgs in that price range that would be a finer hat for the money.

    Blasted wind!

    I'm on the barren plains of west Denton county and the wind is ferocious here too. I don't do straws in the wind, I do felts. I can keep a felt on in the wind. Straws flap and ratchet themselves off your noggin. Secure and stable sized felt will hang in there.
