I have a felt hat body question if I may ask. Do you make all sizes out of the same body? If not then how many body sizes are there? Does the smallest hat made in a body size come out thicker or do you pounce to a desired thickness on all?- suitedcboy

Where is this listed for sale? The #3 can I use as a rain cover on the end of the vertical exhaust pipe on my farm tractor has rusted through and this might prove to last longer for that purpose. The bullets should add the ballast needed to keep the wind from blowing it off.- suitedcboy

The body is wetted/steamed and stretched over the crown block and then the flanging of brim begins. The brim is then trimmed to the right width. I would assume the larger hats end up a bit thinner after this, at least up to the point where a larger cone hat body is used for fear of issues of...- suitedcboy

I think people driving lowered Subes with 6 inch diameter chromed exhaust tips look silly in a fedora so they shouldn't wear them. For the rest of the populace we'll just wear our feds and chill.- suitedcboy
