What was the last TV show you watched?

Reminds me of Parents (1989) with Randy Quaid.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098068/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_76
A kid in the typical 50's suburban home, starts to wonder where his parents get their meat from.
He also starts to suspect they are cooking more than hamburgers on the grill.
An odd, but funny (dark humor) movie.

Yes but the 50s was an era where it was not at all believe able. The end of the world or a Zombie Apocalypse? Yes.

Nothin' like a body shot to end a fight. I still remember the left hook to the short ribs Bernard Hopkins hit "Pretty Boy" Oscar Dela Hoya with. Crumpled him in half like a used piece of tissue paper (he smiles evily). The look of shock and dismay on all the faces of the glitterati as their chosen champion rolled around on the floor like a floppin' fish. Hopkins, then called "The Executioner" had entered the ring in a hood and mask... and left it with the belt. Not bad for an ex-con 20 some years out the joint.

Worf

The Art of Body Punching is a delight. Beat the body and the head will fall.

You live in New York. YOu guys sent them all here. Obviously you never see them there. I'll have to send a few containers full out there and repatriate a few hundred thousand. THEN you'll see them. :p

The GAMH is a old and very ornate theater on 859 O Farrell Street in the Tenderloin area of downtown San Francisco. And The Mavericks are a alternative-like country or Americana-type band who have been around since 1989.
:D

Uh huh...... No hippies eh?
“It took life for us to get to this point – Everybody was so free.
From the first notes, it sounded like an explosion of sound;
We went where the songs took us with a singularity of purpose.
We came in to make music as grown-ups, to make music as men.”
- Raul Malo, lead singer of The Mavericks
All you needed was Peace, Love, Dope.

Nah... we still have plenty of em. Many of their parents came to the original Woodstock Festival and never left.... Most of the decendents of our "hippies" though have evolved into what I call "Woodstock Rasta's" . Usually nice... well intentioned, young people who've adopted the Rastafarian lifestyle. The principal tenets being growing "dread locks" and smokin' ganga. They don't hurt anybody but I can't go to any Reggae or World Beat shows without being trampled by them...

They actually sang a song which mocked hippies and hippiedom.
