Fabulous Stetsonian, is that the theme today. Again, I feel left out...need more hats...need more money for hats...want!

I hope everyone's preparations for overeating are going well. I need to go the the grocery store this morning and I'm dreading the crowd.

Esther is NOT boring. What a beautiful, classy hat. Indeed, the ensemble is very well put together.

Now, I'm boring. It's been raining like heck since yesterday afternoon so my 2nd hat for groceries last night was the Outback Trading Co River Guide, an oilskin hat... with side vents that, when confronted with rain blowing sideways, allow cold water to enter. Not the best design for wind blown rain and cold weather. Well, thankfully, not too cold yet.

Today I'm wearing the NW Hats outback conversion of my Stratton western, Again... See what I mean? Boring.

Looks good to me! We loungers are never boring, just look around you in the crowd!

I love that hat.

It reminds me a lot of my brown Vita-Felt. Especially, the way the sunlight effects (or is affects? I confuse the two) the ribbon. You bash much better than I, though. Always a treat to see.

Very kind words, Matt. I saw that you wore your Vita Felt yesterday.... reminded me I had this one. I think that means i have too many hats.

I chose Carbon Grey instead of the Raiders-style dark brown, because of William Hurt's lid in this film (English is Until the End of the World):

I love these Akubras. I'm not into the Outback styles, but these Fed IVs are the ticket. Just have not pulled the trigger yet.

Nice. Suffolk is a nifty little southern city. I have great fun walking the Washington Ditch trail in the Great Dismal Swamp out there. It's one of the few areas around here where you can get away from the noise of engines for a bit.

I've read that you can walk on water when your are wearing Vita-felt.
