I have the same sunglasses! Aren't they great? And if treated gently they will hold up, I have had mine forever.

I have the same sunglasses too! Got them last year at the Reading Airshow- and after I cleaned off 80 years of gunk I found that there were no scratches AT ALL on the lenses!! I have a tendancy to scratch any lenses after a month or two- let alone 80 years! Needless to say I'm taking extra special care of them.

Today- cuffed black jeans, red and white ballet flats, red and white striped dress shirt, white t-shirt, hair in a messy bun w/ a white ribbon tied in a bow.

Well, yes, you have a point. Easy to overlook at my workplace, which is hyper-stressed lately (see: "The Recession and Layoffs Thread" that I started).

Nice-sounding outfit, BTW!

Semi-casual Monday

Since Mondays are my usual day off, I try and stay away from the shop as much as I can (except for appointments) and schedule the classes lightly for that day so that it stays a day off -- right down to the scruffy, day-off face.

Vintage dress shirt, white with blue stripe (cuff rolled back)
Blue floral pattern woven tie, Duchamp (contrasts the vintage nature of the shirt, eh! lol)
Zip top cotton cable jumper
Blue blazer with white striping, two button, double vent
White cotton hank, tv fold
Thrifted Polo Ralph Lauren chinos (second hand, but my most comfortable trousers!)
Dk. & Lt. Blue Stripe sox
Distressed leather lace ups, brown, Prada
Vintage Elgin Automatic watch, great-grandfather's (who was also a clothier)

Edwardian jacket -- thrifted.
Wool pencil skirt -- thrifted.
Corazon necklace -- Paraphernalia on Etsy.

:eusa_clap - wow

Simply Fantastic.

EDIT -- I like how you took the same jacket, previously shown casual, and dressed it up in a really cool way.

pink bobbly knitted cardigan and wide leg grey trousers both from Misbehave Vintage at TK Maxx. I can't find this brand on the internet but I love them.
