:rofl:The outfit is great Kamikat, but in an off topic blonde moment... I was thinking how your bed blanket looked like dog fur.... but then I relized it was a dog!
Dead Pan Diva - what a wonderful dress and you wear it well. What a knockout! May I ask what pattern you used for this?

It's this one from Burda, I made it using Gretchen's ( Gerties Blog for Better Sewing) on line craftsy course.
Oooh, which issue? It is Dovima in Dior as far as I know. How exciting! It looks fantastic! You'd never know it was a nursery print!
And OT, but Drappa, I was seriously JUST looking through a Vogue magazine from '53 and saw the image that is your icon! I was wondering why it looked familiar...
hailey- That dress is adorable and clever. I love it.
BoPeep-Beautiful work as always.
You are so talented thedanu. The only thing I can make with out a pattern is a dirndle skirt.
Amazing work from everyone.
I am proud of this dress. I took a ton of pictures of the whole process. I wish the skirt fit better but I'll fix that next time. I think I've lost weight since I made the dress.
A-line skirt in grey wool. Quite simple, but I', pleased anyway.
