There is a fair amount of truth in this. I'd say that it feels uncomfortable when the other person doesn't pick up on cues that the comments or advances aren't welcome. And unless I'm mistaken, it has to be continual or severe, not just create an uncomfortable feeling, for it to be harassment. (Anyone hear about the writer for "Friends" that filed a sexual harrassment lawsuit because of all the dirty jokes and innuendo on the job? The case was thrown out.)
Women can be just as bad as men. The men where I work are good about keeping their own counsel. It's some of the women here that offer too much information.
