Digging up an old thread. Has anyone ever seen a leather Hercules label? There is a horsehide jacket up on ebay right now with a leather Hercules label that they seller is saying is from the 30's. The zipper looks like a 50's talon zipper. I am not a big A2 fan, but the patina on the jacket looks awesome.

I’ve painstakingly brought this Herc back from some pretty rough condition with the help of Dena. My intention is to sell off all but this jacket, the Bates and the Goodgal and add one more Herc to the collection. There is something about these Hercs. They are truly magnificent jackets!

Excellent!
I saw you were looking at the Hercules thread so I updated it with everything I think I own or owned. Most of the jackets I have found in the Sears catalog, including yours. Sears was one of biggest retailers in the world and moved these jackets into homes all over the world.
