I did the same on Thursday. I took it in for an alignment, balance, and rotation. Couldn't have it looking dirty for the boys at Portage tire. I'm known for taking good care of my cars lol

Good man, Tom! You got standards!

I feel like that if I go to the hairdresser or have my nails done. I always wash and style my hair before the former, and file, remove polish, and trim the cuticles before the latter. It kind of defeats the purpose, but I can't have them thinking I don't keep up appearances on my own :p

Good luck getting that here. I have tried and been declined because I don't have "a reason to carry." If you have a reason then the $1,000,000 liability insurance you have to carry and the Psychiatric evaluation would come next. Then you have to qualify at a police range.:eusa_doh:
Every State has it's own laws about a CCW permit, my Wife has one, here in Michigan

I'm off the list and James is #1

I myself had to get off for some time the past 24 some odd hours, due to a number of reasons:

1: Lack of sleep...
2: Work....
3: Casino time....
4: More lack of sleep...

Not wanting to be too snooty, but how much do you have to pay for your hair being done? I ask as my Wife pays about $150.00 a crack, and I sort of feel that is a bit high. I have never asked anyone what they pay, just to see if my feelings are correct on the price being paid now as too high! Yes, she gets some cream coloring or somethings done where they put "foils" into the hair, brush some sort of awful smelly stuff in, and some hair actually cut....but for the money I think it is too much!

Proper care of that will sure help keep the cost of buying tires down. You know many people fail to properly maintain tires and such, which then makes them have to buy tires far too soon.

I've had numerous cars with tinted windows C-Dot.
Once you get used to them they aren't bad.
In the hot South, it's almost a must.
Up there though, the more sun that comes in the better. Heat is a 4 letter word, but not a bad one I suppose.
I worry about that too, which is why I could never drive one of those vans with solid doors or a car with tinted windows. I really want fuzzy dice for my rear-view mirror, though. I should make myself some.

Speaking of, I cleaned my car interior with Armour All, and it looks purrrrdy!

For a cut and colour? Yes, $150.00 is a bit steep...

I apprenticed as a hairdresser for a time, so I cut, colour, and style my own hair, and have for years. I only go to the hairdresser if it's something I can't do myself, and in those cases its a drastic change, so it only happens once in a blue moon. Case in point: The last time I went to the hairdresser was this past December, and that was to have extensions put in. I dropped more than I care to admit, but if you double the above amount and add 20% tip, you'll get the idea (and that was a bargain.)

For 3 months of the summer its horrifying, but thats what my a/c is for! After that, my windows freeze, and I need more heat than the sun can offer. lol

I thought it sounded steep for a price....thanks! ( I won't stop my Wife from seeing the person she has doing her hair, as really if she wants to go there I will support her choices).
