400 to 500 blossoms.

At first, it now has to soak in enough water for two hours.

Now it's cooked up, stirred extensive and cooling down.

After mixing the filtered "juice" with the sugar and cooking up, it now has to cook down for a while.

But the taste is already YUMMY!!

After cooling down, I put the two filled glasses in the fridge for further thickening. Now, it's still very liquid, but we will see!

But altogether, the current result is very "caramelly", but yummy!

It was just too liquid for me, so today I cooked it a second time for 1 hour. It now became practically a caramell sauce, so I bought a lemon juice and tried to rescue.

So far so good, the taste is now really nice and fruity. I also add some water and mixed it well. We will see, how things go on...
