    You could wear black jeans, white tee shirt and an ordinary black tie. That would be "creative" if I understand what this is intended to be. However it would look dreadful so just go in traditional form.

    I doubt "Andy" purchased it - look at the disclaimer at the bottom of his posts. He always waxes lyrical about things and I have long felt his objectivity is questionable because of the merchandise which is 'placed' with him for favourable review.

    Mid 1950s say up to 1957. The single inside breast pocket and the flapped waist band trouser pocket (known at Burtons asa 'cash pocket' tend to place it.
