I have this many:
(Well, actually a few more now.) The light ones tend to only get worn occasionally in the summer, as also the vintage black and brown Oxfords and the patent shoes, and the double-soled shoes, and the cheap pair I keep for snow and slush.
I'd say about ten pairs will...
Will be carefully removed from the magazine and dispatched flat or rolled, at your preference.
$10 or £5 each, or $17.50/£8.75 for the two plus shipping at cost.
For more reasonable shipping from the UK, try asking for surface mail; approx. half the price of airmail. From across this side of the pond, buying from the US has got a lot less attractive since USPS dropped its surface mail equivalent.
Thought these might be appreciated here! (Scanner is on the blink, so only fairly poor photographs I'm afraid):

Sometimes it's relatively simple, as the shirtmakers put their names on their bones; other than that, I can generally recall what goes with what by the shape and/or material - e.g. James Meade collar bones are quite long with a distinctive long point, De Havilland are clear plastic, short and...
I agree. I was lucky enough to pick these up not so long ago from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Shoe-and-Boot-Ltd, which I think might be closer to the required shape:
or (picking up on Jovan's suggestion) you might consider the acorn Trickers next to them in this picture...
Yes, this seems to work for me too. I'm wearing the pair illustrated above again today, to pick up the green in my tie and handkerchief (or possibly vice-versa!)
Inspired by some of the shots here (MK's especially), I just bought this pair; I'm wearing them today and am very pleased with them:
(Green celluloid and Mother of Pearl)
