I don't think that will happen to seersucker as it was used for quite a few of the nurses uniforms during WWII, and they were worn a lot in very hot climates overseas.
Ohh! I have a crepe dress in the same colours as that, the dress is black with that bright pink as the colour on the bodice with a few black sequins in rows across the front! It is such a fab colour combination and it looks fab in that pic!!
I also have very thick and wavy hair! And my sister hair goes really, really wavy when it dries naturally!:rage: Could even pass for a 40's style without the pain of having to sleep in rollers!!:rolleyes:

Does anyone know where i could get a pair of 1930s dance shoes (the strappy sort) that were worn with evening dresses either in the the style or original in about a size 9???:D
