Yes, the Fed IV does have a wire reed. My brown one has a couple of small kinks and I've considered removing it, but it seems to be a common issue for hard wearing Fed IV owners on COW. -

Removing Mystery Stain from White Shirt. Any suggestions?
I used to run a dry cleaning operation, so I can agree with many here. However, bleach will typically only yellow synthetic fabrics, and not all at that. Here's what I would do, take an empty dropper bottle, put about 10 percent bleach and 90 percent water in it. Find a part of the shirt...- m0nk

how many hats are too many
My wife has luckily stayed positive about my hat obsession, although she did say that she needed me to admit I have a problem before I could buy another. So I did, and she let me... I don't think there's "enough" hats unless you have one in every color, for every style you think you'll need... -
Which word for sweater do you prefer?
It all really depends on where you're from, it seems. Most who live in, or are from, England, would say jumper, and most who live in, or are from, the US would say sweater. Hat care tools??
Just FYI, the only real point to the dark vs light brushes is to simply use a different brush so that dark hair fibers from one hat don't get transferred to a light hat. -
