There are some Akubra hats that would work well with a straighter brim, and with most of them having a raw edge, it's easier to flatten any remaining curl. If it's not as advertised, the seller should take it back for a full refund. Just contact the seller about the error. If they don't want to do it, you can open a claim, as long as the auction definitely advertises a different size than it really is. -

Woah, page 666.... Anyways, you could also get a custom hat made similar to the Strat. Typically there's a bit of a wait, and you may end up with a price-tag close to the $200 mark depending on the felt and options (brim binding, etc), though the hat will be brand new and made specifically... -

I would imagine that if yours has cracked and the ripples have gotten worse, that perhaps the sweat was just a bad one. Have you contacted Parker to see if he would replace it without charge? -
