http://www.rmr-hats.com/ - a great source of new old stock Italian hats for those who have a small head or don't mind stingy brims.
Thanks for the other comments folks. Canterbury (and Faversham) have some lovely bits to them. Wardrobe wise, when my wife complains a quick glance at her storage...
Joao - are you sure it's you under that brim ;) Looking good.
Jhe88 - perfect beard for a beret :)
Alan - amazing.

The RMR vintage Borsalino for me today:
David - another beauty of a Tumwater.
Andy - looks good I like the subtlety of that black cherry felt over some of the bolder ones.
Perry - nice Dobbs and the sweater (vest?) looks my cup of tea :)
Sam (assuming that's you under the fur ;) ) - that looks weather appropriate.
Hatguy1 - should...
Yes I don't recall seeing them in my childhood anywhere but London, in any number as to make an impression on me. I suspect Steed's character wore one partly because it was slightly old-fashioned even in the 60's.
Wearing bowlers as everyday business wear was dying out in the late 60's, but still fairly common in the mid 70's. Now seeing a bowler on anyone but an officer of the Guards is unusual.
g.d. - wonderful photo of you and your wife. The hat's not bad either ;)
HamilcarBarca3 - Nice looking hat and a great outfit.
David - That Tumwater is wonderful - from colour through to the bow work.
Nice Wiggens - Andy
HistoryTeach 24 - I love that felt colour, and your winter shots are...
Thanks Keith - yes the fuller cut suits my big head much better than most English flat caps and it's a 61!
Damian & Keith nice caps for those with tiny noggins ;)
