Felt Fedora Hat Makers
Uk wise I think Christy's are the only significant felt hat maker - Bates and Lock & Co. are hat shops - they don't make hats. Most of the fur-felt hats sold under various names in the UK are rebadged Tonak. -

Richard - welcome to the forum. You might want to look at the Akubra Squatter as well - dressier than the Campdraft, but still with a bound brim. You can order it open-crowned if you don't like crease. It's around $80 USD, so with shipping (and fair wind regarding customs) would probably be... -
