The size tag is the current one, as I think is the tip sticker. Still, with a current one costing $90+ USD before you add on on overseas shipping costs you won't have been robbed if it's as new. -

The full G A Dunn & Co name disappeared in the late 50's. I'm 90% certain your bowler is no older than 40's from the combination of sweat and liner, but in terms of construction there's little difference in quality between the 30's and 50's hats -

A Sunday morning wander through Faversham (there was a small bric-a-brac market on) revealed two fur/wool felt fedoras, a leather Australian style hat, two tweed trilbies (both downbrim), three nice looking 8-panel caps, two flat caps, a good number of watch hats/wooly wonders and sadly one ugly... -
