Looks good. I'd pull the brim down a bit (I generally go for a swoop with one side lower than the other, but it's personal preference). Nice choice anyway!

Being a long hair you can probably reduce the appearance of the moth bites by going over the areas with a pin, and carefully teasing the felt.
Such a sought after size too :)
The import costs alone from ebay's global shipping programme (basically 30% on top) would allow me to buy a nice custom hat...
If you survive it, you'll have to let us know how it wears in the heat :)
The HatCentre in London advertises Dralon hats in 50 and 60mm brims - http://www.hatcentre.co.uk/mens-collection-summer-hats-c-18_19.html I don't know whether these are from the same factory.
