I saw Eraserhead ages ago...when it was first released. Definitely an unusual film. The only line I can recall: "What do you do?...Oh, I'm on vacation". For some reason, that one had me in stitches....ah well, I was a lot younger then.

You're right Joe, it's one of William McElcheran's businessman bronzes...there is one in Yorkville and several downtown. This particular one is mounted on the sidewalk on King Street West (just west of Division St) in Cobourg, Ontario. I've always liked McElcheran's work.
The only TV reviewer I have any respect for, John Doyle of the Globe and Mail, was not impressed either.

Sounds good. You're probably right about the orange peels and ginger. Two distinct but strong flavours. Perhaps you could use the ginger with a bit of orange zest.
