Just watched "The Sniper" from1952. It is a gritty Film Noir that almost feels like a documentary. It was filmed on location in San Francisco and it deals with a serial killer. It had some great actors of the day in it. Gerald Mohr, from radio's Philip Marlowe plays a detective as well as...
I agree. He had to deal with all sort of personality conflicts with the allied Generals and keep them focused on remembering that they were all on the same team.

Greyhounds are great. I have one that was a rescue. Great disposition and great pets. My daughter calls ours a full size grey hound after she met an italian greyhound.

Lets see, besides hats I collect pens both old and new, I really like the Parker Jotter. I also collect firearms , police patches, classic movies on DVD, and old time radio programs to name just a few.

I am interested in seeing this. The description reminds me a little of the late 1980's made for tv movie "Man Against The Mob, Trouble in the City of Angels" staring George Peppard. The Hat Squad could be back on the silver screen.

You can find the B&W episodes on DVD too. In the early 1950s it was on both radio and TV and some of the radio episodes were done as TV episodes. One of my all time favorite episodes was the Christmas one called "The Big Little Jesus". Like you said all in all some good stuff.
