Yep, that is one of them. And of course one of my favorites is when he is chasing the gangster, stops, fires the Tommy Gun in the air and says "All right..that's enough of this running s@#$"

Gene, here is a link to two of the songs that someone else put on you tube. http://youtu.be/lplU0GUxNMY and http://youtu.be/M7sWidXBDXk
These are songs that were recorded between 1927 and 1931 in Gastonia NC. Gastonia is just west of Charlotte and has a rich textile history. Some good some...
I will see what I can do. (still working on my computer skills and so on.) If you go to www.oldhatrecords.com you can find some very neat stuff.

I love the K-frame snubbys. I had been looking for either a blue or nickle one for at least 15 years. It seems that others realize how great these six shot snubbies are to cary and shoot.

That is beautiful Renault. I understand how you feel...I mean how could you say no. Great find and may you have many happy range sessions with it.

Once again that is great. You are right about C&W being forgotten in the golden era. I just recently found some recordings of songs that were performed by area textile mill workers in the 1920's and 1930's in the Carolinas. Keep up the great work.

Good luck. I know what you mean. I have been looking for a Smith Model 12 snub nose for years. I found one the other day. It has a nickle finish and I had to make it mine.

Just got through reading "Kiss Her Goodbye" by Mickey Spillane and Max Allen Collins. It was one of Spillane's unfinished Mike Hammer books that was given to Collins to finish after Spillane passed away. Spillane told his wife to give them to Collins and that he would know what to do with them...
Not for a long time. I preaty much have all the wool felts that I want and Panamas. Now I have set my sights on some fur felts. The first one I want to get is a Stetson Whippet.

Living in the south I wear sandals in the summer. I do not like the flip look and go for a fisherman type because I like the ventalation, but i also like having my toes protected and not offending anyone. I do not wear them with socks.
