I don't get it cut as often as I should, probably once every 4-5 weeks.

I usually do each pair 4" apart. One goes directly over the main pleat on each side, with its mate 4" to the side. The back ones go 2" on either side of the center back seam.
In my experience, dry cleaning doesn't do a thing to old urine stains. I have a suit with mild stains that I've been working on (off-and-on) for a year or so. Dry cleaning didn't touch them; hand washing lightened them somewhat; treating them with pet stain remover and then washing lightened...
This is a BOLD vintage suit made in Britain by Alexandre of Oxford St, London, in a lovely deep blue flannel. It's a two-button, notch-lapel jacket with three patch pockets, unvented with a full lining and two interior pockets. The sleeves each have three buttons with faux (nonfunctional)...
