Hey Everyone,
I'm selling my 50s Grais cross-zip. Its honestly perfect but I just don't seem to wear it and it deserves to be worn and shown off.
It's a thick, grainy in a good way steerhide. It was a black but as you can see the wear coming through it has a brown base. It has wear and grain for days but no holes, tears, rips; the hide is in amazing shape. The liner is in even better shape. Its old, it has a few stains and is showing its age no doubt about that. Yet no holes, tears, stitching coming out or piling. It's quite amazing it's in as good of shape as it is considering its age and the fact it's clearly been worn.
All the zippers work perfectly, no catches or hitches in the pull. All the buttons and snaps work 100%. The epaulets and the attachments are in perfect working order, nothing coming loose or torn. Belt is attached and in good working order, no issues with it other than wear.
Measurements are included with the plethora of photos I've attached. Considering its age, condition, make and model I am asking 500. Grais is such an underrated brand. They have some what we would call mall brand models and some masterpieces. This clearly isn't the 800-1,300 dollar range Grais...it's just a tank and a beauty.
As for me I am a long time member who used to post constantly; I have just had life get in the way the last couple years. But several people here can vouch for me being legit and honest. No scammer or embellishing what I have.
Can do paypal or venmo. Can take more photos if wanted, answer any questions I can.
Edit: I wanted to add the zipper hang says "Grais Sets The Pace." I havent seen that before this jacket, no idea if it was around when the jacket came out, before, after. So cant give you a date on that piece. Though it is just an additional really cool part of the package.
