Vanity's
Me and the hubby's new house is going to have a lot of vintage flair about it, but my main thing I want for the bedroom is my own vanity...I love these things!
Where in the world do you find them? (I have yet to find any luck in locating one!)
I'm not quite sure how old you are, but I noticed around 25, I could no longer drink anything with caffine after a certain time in the evening. I would always feel tired, but would spend hours tossing and turning.
For me, I have my own evening routine that I find very relaxing. Take a long hot...
I'm so glad I asked for help! (can you tell this is my first time doing this sort of thing?!)...I"m encouraged!:D
I really like the starbucks idea..this way I can sit down with her and maybe think of things to do. One positive, she's commented quite a bit on my vintage looks, may be quite fun...
lol ....no, but, it's amazing how much they can make you feel like an old dinosaur....'dude, you like, still had that kind of stuff back then?'
I've been asked to come along side a sweet 16 year old girl to be a friend and an all around good role model for her. The problem lies in this; I have no idea how to relate to teenagers! For some reason they sort of intimidate me! But I reallly want to do this since I believe it will be great...
lol especially with three little one's running around the house, I'm SO grateful for all those modern conveniences!
I've always been vintage at heart. I knew that I wanted to find an old fashion man who would take care of me and I would raise kids. I do however, look forward to the time when I...
Never. If I wear gloves, they are the only accessory on my hands. I may choose to wear a pearl or diamond bracelet however. Generally, I want the attention to be my face, therefore, wear earings and a nice necklace. A flashy ring on the finger of a gloved hand would just be too much distraction...
Up until a few months ago, I loved sporting a nice tan. Whether it be from the sun or the bottle. For me it took two things to embrace the pale; #1. was getting the comment from two people who I highly look to for advice, saying that the tan needed to go. #2. I went on a routine dermatology...
Shoo baby! We just may live pretty close to each other! I live right across the river from you (Vancouver). There's been quite a few new people (girls especially) that have joined the lounge from either Vancouver or Portland. I'll have to ask MK if he'll be interested in having a get...
wow, you made my day...she's beautiful!...I know what your talking about the nose though, hers was a bit big (didn't she just have plastic surgery? I think I remember seeing a picture where it looked smaller)
Michael Jackson; I think the nose is the least of his problems!lol
I have wheat allergies as well, and with staying away from bread products, I've found that I've lost weight just with doing that.
You'll find at first that it's a real pain in the rear trying to find things that you can eat (especially if you are a big bread/pasta eater!) but the good news...
There was a blonde driving down the road listening to the radio. The announcer was telling blonde joke after blonde joke until the blonde was so mad that she turned her radio off. A mile down the road, she saw another blonde out in a corn field in a boat rowing. The blonde stopped her car jumped...
I've been unhappy as well with my powders until MK gave me some by Ben Nye. This stuff is absolutely amazing. It's extra fine so it doesn't cake on like some of the other brands sometimes do. Also, It doesn't add color to your foundation which is a big plus, especially if you are fair toned...
Sure don't do nothing for me! This would be interesting to see how many people agree! This reminds me of a thread that was in the powder room awhile back about 'the ideal man'...9 out of 10 women in there were really into the broad shoulders (and of course the dreamy eyes:) )
There's one thing...
I hate buying pants! Everything just seems to fit so awkwardly! -I'm very petite (well, maybe..I'm 5'1..is that considered very petite?[huh] ...I guess I just feel that way without my high heel shoes onlol ) I'm basically all leg and a very short torso...so some of the low rider pants...
You mentioned that you eat a lot throughout the day...this actually increases your metabolism...snacking makes your body constantly burning 'fuel' which means your metabolism kicks into high gear.
Here's some things I've read about to help put on some extra weight...
#1. skip breakfast
#2...
Even when they tell you how much they want for the items, don't take it ever as final...in almost all cases, you can bargain with them until the price seems satisfactory...if it's still too high for your liking, estates sales usually run just a couple of days, if you choose to chance it, wait...
