What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

I think I saw that on a kind of documentary on the tv not too long ago - a few months ago I watched it and found myself looking for the "seams" as it were - it's so cleverly done! One of my favorites - it just gets better with repeat viewing. The casting was genius but Richard E. Grant is...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

For me it's pretty much the perfect movie - I just love the chemistry between James Stewart & Grace Kelly (her costumes in the movie...*sigh*....) and there's great support from Thelma Ritter. I can't see how anyone wouldn't like this movie. Rope - I also enjoy this under-rated gem and have...

:p Rear Window - I can't count how many times I have watched this - it never grows old - fabulous stuff.

What was the last TV show you watched?

American Dad! - I wasn't sure whether I liked this show or not (more of a Family Guy fan) but it has really grown on me.

Skin care routine. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using a scrub on your face daily? If so, that's probably too often and might be upsetting your skin (using too many products also has the same effect). I was told to only use a gentle scrub on my face every two weeks - any more and I get breakouts.

    Dita Von Teese

Very nice interview - thanks for posting! I appreciated her candour when it comes to maintaining her figure and all the work that goes into it. She looks so well in that video - and I love her little spray - looks like hydrangeas which I love (Madonna has no taste clearly when it comes to...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

Contagion - this was only so so - I felt the story didn't really go anywhere. However it did remind me of how much I hate when people are sick and they still insist on going into their workplace and spreading their germs about - if you are sick stay at home!!!!!!!!!

What was the last TV show you watched?

Don't do it James! Sometimes it just puts me in a bad mood - seriously! I watch the programme every morning and when I see who has bought what at auction I try to gauge whether they will keep any period features (usually if they are buying to live in the property) or whether they will rip...

    Article: "No Cane, No Gain".

This idea doesn't sit well with me at all. I don't agree with spanking children - I was spanked as a kid - not often but I still remember it and how I felt afterwards - resentful is probably the closest way I can describe it. I think if children are brought up with caring parents, with love...

What was the last TV show you watched?

Homes Under the Hammer - some good renovations but also sadly some beautiful Victorian homes having any shred of character ripped out and replaced with ghastly modern fittings.

    Article: "No Cane, No Gain".

Agreed. I don't think that the removal of the cane is causing the lack of discipline in the classroom - I think it stems from a lack of parental guidance and discipline in the home. For me, the idea of going home and telling my parents that I got into trouble in school didn't bear thinking...
