    Well, to my eye, the shoulders are perfect and the sleeves are good too - just right IMO. It fits you great - especially zipped up. Therefore, if all those are good (and they are IMO), then the body is in good relation to the sleeves ... Methinks that the jacket looks a tad short in the photos...
